popping the pimples can help you to get rid of acne.

driven to more depth inside the skin and acne might
increase. Popping your zits will make scars on your skin which
are difficult to get rid of.

reduces acne. Many believe that getting a tan will reduce their
acne infection, which is not correct. If you expose your skin
to sunlight for long time, you may develop a dry skin with a

for teenagers and it will go away with time. This is one of the

pollution, stress and genetic factors. Anybody can have acne
and instead of waiting to grow out of acne, it's best to do

doctor is not necessary. If you
have acne, it is better to consult a doctor or a
dermatologist. If not treated properly, acne
might grow into it's severe form and cause the skin
to look ugly. Although mild acne cases are easily

it is still better to consult a skin specialist.
Acne Myth #7 One of the
most widespread acne myths is - Acne is caused by sex. There is
no scientific proof that sex increases acne. Sex or
masturbation has nothing to do with acne. Indulging in sex does
not aggravate acne in any way.
