hi just drink lots of water 8-10 cups a day it will really help you out and try not to be stressed. You can only wash your face 1 or twice not more than twice. I hope this helps,
p.s. try not to use acne treatment before you try this you want to stay as organic as possibla unless it gets to bad. You could also go to the doctor to get it removed. Eat healthy too good luck!
