Put a face mask on once a week 6. eat healty 7. get at least 7 hour sleep 8. dont worry about when you spots look like! it WILL make them worse...an they probley arent as noticable as you think! 9.If you get bullied at school dont let them get to you just igorem them or your spots will get worst! hope i could help!!!
