Wash your face every morning and night, and whenever else it gets dirty or sweaty. 2. Make sure to have a clean pillow case. 3. Keep hair OUT of face. When sleeping, keep tied back. 4. do NOT wear a lot of concealer make up. It only clogs your pores and pimples so that they stay. 5. Stay away from excessive amounts of unhealthy foods; try to eat healthy. 6. Dont pop your zits it makes them worsen, redden, and scar. 7. Weekly face masks 8. Use hot water to clean acne, and cold water to seal it. 9. Press hot steamed washcloths to the face to make pimples un-reddened. And if you really need to pop the pimples, do so gently and use the steamed washcloth before and after popping to reduce the risk of scarring. 10. Don't touch face, wash hands frequently. 11. Don't sleep with makeup on, it worsens acne. 12. Reduce stress. Try yoga or some sort of physical activity that let's out stress. 13. Stay positive.
