Whiteheads is a clogged up pore, you can have whitehead when dead skin and sebum mix and block the pore. As a result, a protrude area will appear in your skin and that is what you called whitehead.
Blackheads is the same as the whitehead but the only difference is it is not protruded it is usually sink inside the pore and has a black center.

Common Causes of Acne Pimples

What are the common causes of pimple?

• Pimple and genes. Studies shows that our genes can make us more prone to pimple compared to others but that is not the reason why we have pimple. You have pimple because of the clogged pores.
• Pore blockage. Pimples happen when the oil glands from the pores are blocked. It traps bacteria and eventually becoming pimples. If you pop or squeeze your pimple it will lead to an additional problem. Your skin may be damage or irritated and can cause pimple and infection.
• Do not over wash your face. If you over washed your face it will produce more sebum that can cause pimple. It is advice to wash your face not more that twice a day.
• Avoid tight fit clothes. Wear clothes that are not too fit to your body to prevent sweating too much that will lead to acne. If you are kind of athletic try to prevent yourself from wearing head bands, helmets, pads or other straps that will trap sweat and irritate your skin.

If you wanted to stop pimple then you have help yourself. Eat healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits and drink a lot of liquid. Prevent yourself from dusty places. Wash your face not more than twice a day. Sleep early and do not stress yourself from problems that can be easily taken good care of.
