i have had acne for over 10 years luckily not as severely as some people I’ve seen.i do still get spots almost everyday i notice certain foods like,chocolate,fizzy drinks & tomato sauce give me spots.avoiding these foods & drinking 4 glasses of water minimum everyday really helps.having a glass of water should be the first thing you should do when you wake up in the morning.i know it may sound like a myth but prevention is better then cure in most cases i don’t know if there is a cure for acne but i do know that watching what you eat & taking note of it helps.i’m no doctor just someone with a common problem.

I keep letting random pimples, and right when a pimple goes away and I’m thinking, “thank god” another one decides to pop up! It is so annoying. Try putting tea tree oil on the infected area daily. This helps if you keep it up. Its not the best smelling stuff but it works and is all natural! Put this on twice daily and you will start to see a difference. If this doesnt work i have heard to put honey, lemon, oatmeal, or rubbing alchol on the infected area. Hope this helps!
